Yoda (03/2026), Female

Hi, I'm Yoda. I was found by a dumpster at Piraeus port by two women who had just come off a yacht. I was with my brother Simba. We were six weeks old and completely on our own, and then we weren't, and now we're here, which is considerably better than where we started.

About Simba: we would like to be rehomed together. I know, I know — two kittens. But I promise we are worth it. He is my brother and my favourite person to curl up with at the end of a long day of doing kitten things, and the idea of being somewhere without him is not something either of us is interested in entertaining.

Health-wise I am perfectly fine.

My personality, honestly, depends on what time of day you catch me. In active mode I am a force — chasing balls, batting toys, running laps, and occasionally slapping Simba, which he deserves. I explore new places quickly and confidently, I seek out humans when I'm in a playful mood, and I have a great deal of energy that I deploy enthusiastically and without warning.

And then I get tired. And when I get tired I become an entirely different cat — soft, still, purring at a volume that surprises people given my size, and looking for the nearest lap or the warmest spot next to Simba to sleep in. I can go from chaos to cuddle in about four minutes. It is one of my best qualities.

I am mostly quiet — I meow sometimes when I'm hungry and that's about it. I love being petted anywhere, I'm friendly with everyone, and I think I'd be fine with children who are kind and gentle.

I was found at a port with my brother, and I'd like to stay with him wherever we end up next. In return I offer you: loud purring, enthusiastic play, the occasional lap nap, and a small warm presence that will make your home feel fuller than it did before I arrived.

Simba (03/2026), Male

Hi, I'm Simba. I was found by a dumpster with my sister Yoda at the port of Piraeus by two women who had just come off a yacht. We were very small and alone. They got us to the sanctuary on April 24th, 2026, and honestly things have been going pretty well since then!

I was born on March 10th, 2026, so I am a proper kitten and I behave accordingly. My personality: I am playful, curious, and very much into bats-and-chases with anything that rolls. I explore new places with confidence, I get into things, I am a typical kitten in the best possible way. And then I find a lap, curl up, purr, and go completely still for as long as you'll let me stay. I roll over and show my belly, which is my way of saying I trust you and also please pet me.

I'm mostly quiet — I only meow when I'm hungry, which I think is very reasonable communication. I like everyone I've met, I'm comfortable with strangers, and I'd probably be fine with children too.

The most important thing I need to tell you: I want to find a forever home with my sister Yoda! We play together, we sleep near each other, and she is the one familiar thing in a world that is still very new to me. If you have room for two kittens, I promise we are a package worth getting.

I was found at a dumpster in Piraeus. I'd like my next address to be a little more comfortable. I think I've earned it.
