Hi! I’m Vato - the little puppy with the big heart. I was found in the center of Athens, tied to a motorcycle, scared and alone… until a kind tourist called for help and one of my heroes came to get me. That’s the day my whole life changed, and I’ve been safe, fed, cuddled, and loved ever since.

I’m healthy! My fecal tests were negative, I got my vaccines, and I don’t have any medical issues or allergies.

What am I like? Well… I LOVE people. I love dogs. I love cats. I love hugs, belly rubs, toys, rope games, running, exploring, and giving kisses to literally everyone. I bark and whine sometimes — I’m just a baby learning how to ask for love and attention. And yes… I want company. Lots of company! Being alone is scary for me right now.

I’m full of energy, curiosity, silliness, and joy. After playtime, I fall asleep in the softest bed I can find and dream puppy dreams.
 

I can’t wait to find my forever humans — someone who will love me, teach me, guide me, and show me what a real home feels like. I already know how to love…I just need someone to love forever.
