In 2025, Let's be S.M.A.R.T. proudly launched our innovative “Adoption-Vacation” initiative.
This unique program invites travelers to meet and adopt rescue cats and dogs from our sanctuary during their stay in Greece—offering a meaningful way to make a lasting difference while enjoying a memorable holiday.

Located in Attica, just 15 minutes from Athens International Airport, our sanctuary is home to over 100 cats and several dogs, all waiting for a second chance in a loving, forever home.

Our Adoption-Vacation program is open to international visitors and includes full support to guide new pet parents through the process of bringing their adopted companion safely back home.

In addition to our rescue and rehoming efforts, Let’s be S.M.A.R.T. runs educational initiatives to promote responsible pet ownership and ethical adoption practices. We also collaborate with global partners to help place animals with families abroad.
