I may be a bit older—born in 2015—but that just means I know how to appreciate the good things in life: naps, cuddles, and a quiet place to relax. I was rescued by Nine Lives and came to the shelter on July 22, 2025. Life has been much better since then.

I’m a friendly boy, though I can be shy at first. If you sit down quietly, I’ll come right over, hop into your lap, and start making biscuits while purring away. I love being around people, and while I’m fine with other relaxed, friendly cats, I’d also be happy as the only feline in the home.

My favorite pastime? Napping under blankets or in small, cozy spaces where I feel safe. I’m not much for toys these days—I’m more about soft head rubs and scratches at the base of my back (I make the funniest face when you do that—one eye closed with little air licks!). I’m at my happiest in a calm, quiet home, ideally with older children who can be gentle with me.

I’m FIV and FIP positive and have some ongoing skin issues from staphylococcus, but I’m well cared for with regular medical baths and ear treatment. I also need a hepatic diet to keep me feeling my best.
