On December 8th 2019 we organized the Let's be S.M.A.R.T.  Charity Karaoke Holiday Benefit for our Greece Stray Animals. The Event took place at the GhostHouse in the center of Athens and we all had a great time! Our Let's be S.M.A.R.T. Team, our Team of Volunteers and visitors of our Event were all singing for the Greece stray animals, had a lots of fun and supported a good cause. We had great Raffle prizes (with an iPad Mini as a Grand Prize and a GoPro Camera as Second Prize), Christmas Bazaar Gifts for Sale, promotional materials about our Let's be S.M.A.R.T. projects in Greece. The visitors of our Event had a chance to watch our SMART educational video series in English and Greece and they were also handed over free cat and dog food provided by our sponsors to feed stray animals. 

 

Our big Thank you goes to the sponsors of our Event, namely Aerial Design & Build, KTENAS Group, Brit & Nutrican pet food brands, Evans Fashion, WeLovePets, PrinceOliver; to the GhostHouse for their hospitality; to our "royal photographer" George Chiristanidis for documenting our event with great photos; to our Workaway Volunteers Heather, Emma, Jennifer and Austin who were helping to make cute cat and dog toys for our Christmas bazaar. Very special thanks go to our volunteers Ina, who created amazing photos for our Christmas bazaar posters, postcards and aquarelle paintings, as well as to Sylvia who's cute cat paintings were printed on our T-shirts.   

 

Money raised from our Christmas bazaar sale will help us to continue our Rescue Work and we are grateful to everyone who supported our cause and charity work.
