Hi, I'm Geev

I was found in a garden in Ilioupoli in June 2026 and arrived at LBS foster home on September 15th. I am microchipped, vaccinated, healthy, no conditions, no medications, no dietary restrictions.

My personality has two modes and I think both are excellent. Mode one: I am napping. On a human bed, on a cat tree, somewhere warm and comfortable, deeply asleep and extremely satisfied with life. I am mostly quiet and I enjoy my own company during these periods. Mode two: I am involved. Playing with bell balls, wand toys, feathers, whatever is happening around me — I want to be part of it. I like the other cats once I have decided they are safe, which takes a little time but happens without drama. With calm humans I am outgoing and warm and I love being petted anywhere on my body.

One thing I want to say clearly: I do not like being picked up. If you pick me up, I will growl. This is not aggression — it is a boundary, and it is the only one I have, and I think it is a very reasonable one. Please do not pick me up. Everything else is fine.

Loud noises can unsettle me, so a calmer home suits me better. Older children who know how to read a cat and respect its signals are the right fit. I explore new spaces carefully rather than rushing in — I like to know what I am dealing with before I commit.

I am most alive in mornings and evenings, I sleep on human beds, and I am happy with my own time as long as there are people around when I want them. I am looking for a home that will give me the time to arrive on my own terms — and will discover, once I do, that I am very much worth the patience.
