Hi, I’m Cecelia — a gentle girl with a quiet heart. I came to the shelter on September 15, 2025, from Saronida, after I brought my kittens to a kind couple who cared for us until they found help. I was shy and careful at first, but I’m slowly learning that people can be kind and patient.

I’m spayed, fully vaccinated (1st Tricat on September 9, 2nd on October 2, 2025), and all my tests came back negative. I don’t have any allergies or health problems, and I don’t need any medication. I eat normal food, but I really love wet food best.

I like calm spaces and quiet rooms where I can rest and feel safe. You’ll usually find me in a high perch or cozy hiding spot, keeping an eye on things. When I trust someone, I come out for pets on my head and chin, soft scratches, and sometimes even a little playtime — especially when I see my kittens having fun. I’m a bit shy with new people, but I never hiss or swat. If I feel nervous, I just quietly go find a safe place to rest.

I don’t really mind other cats, though I haven’t lived with many adults yet. I’d do just fine as the only cat or with other calm ones. Loud noises like the vacuum scare me, but gentle voices make me feel at home. I don’t know any children yet, but I think I’d be happiest around older, kind ones who move slowly and understand that I need time.

I’m not talkative, but when I meow, it’s usually to ask for food or affection. I may be shy, but I have a big heart — I just need someone patient who will let me bloom at my own pace. Once I do, I’ll be your quiet, loyal companion for life!
