Hi, I’m Cherry. I am a quiet girl with a lot of love to give and I’m on the lookout for a forever home to feel loved and cherished.

I arrived at the shelter on December 22, 2024, with my siblings Fig,Melon and Papaya. We were taken care of by an older couple for a while, but when they couldn’t keep us anymore, they brought us here. It was a little scary at first, but I know it’s all part of my journey to finding my special person—maybe that’s you?

I’m a quiet, gentle girl who takes a little time to trust, but I promise I’m worth the wait. I like to observe from my favorite cozy spot before I decide to come out and say hello. If you’re patient with me, I’ll warm up and let you give me soft neck rubs—which are my favorite! And when I purr, you’ll know I feel safe and happy.

I love napping in warm, cozy places like soft beds or a cat tree. I don’t demand attention, but I do like to be in the same room as my favorite people, it just feels cozy and safe. I’m not the kind of cat who needs constant cuddles, I just like knowing you’re nearby.

I get along great with other cats, especially my siblings, so I wouldn’t mind a home with feline friends. I am very attached to Melon and Papaya so in case you are considering to adopt a duo, please think about us.

Loud noises and sudden movements make me a little nervous, so I’d do best in a calm, quiet home without young children.
