Snowflake (12/2024), Female

Hi, I'm Snowflake. Someone left me at the shelter gate in a carrier with my baby and no note. No explanation, no goodbye, nothing. I don't know why. What I know is that I kept my kitten safe, and the people here opened the carrier and made sure we were both okay, and I have been trying to decide how much to trust the world ever since.

The answer, so far, is: quite a lot, actually. Humans have been kind to me here. I allow it.

I was born in December 2024, and I arrived on March 31st, 2026. I am spayed, vaccinated and healthy. I  have a small bald spot on my tail which gets a little coconut oil and is otherwise not a concern. Please don't touch my tail — this is a firm boundary and I growl when it is crossed. Consider yourself informed.

My personality: I am friendly with people, I enjoy being petted on my head, and I am happy existing alongside humans I trust without needing constant attention. I like high shelves, cozy spots, and the particular peace of a calm household. I come alive at night and am more laid-back during the day. I meow when I want someone's attention and growl when something does not suit me — I find direct communication saves everyone time.

Other cats are not something I am interested in. I am territorial, I have made this clear at the shelter, and I would be genuinely happiest as the only cat in a home. My son is the exception. He always will be.

I love Mother and Baby food and I have very strong feelings about Churus treats. These are not negotiable. I was left at a gate with no note. I am still here, still friendly, still choosing to trust. I would like a quiet home, a high shelf, and someone who will scratch my head and respect my boundaries. I think that is very reasonable.
