Hey my name is Grogu! I was born a street cat, near the sea. I must have been about 3 weeks old – it was October, so raining and cold. A nice couple saw me, sitting in the middle of the road drenched, lonely and crying at the top of my lungs. These people took me to their home and as fate would have it, a rescuer friend stopped by that night. Apparently she saw I needed immediate help or I would not survive. So I was given a spa service – warm bath, blow dry, heating pad and blankets and then lots and lots of yummy kitten food. Like any grateful soul, I fought to survive, like they fought to keep me alive. They gave me the name Grogu because I looked like ‘baby Yoda’ from The Mandalorian, my soaked body and big ears was the deciding factor I think.

Ok, so I am purrfect.. I am lively, animated and scrappy; with equal part purring, snuggling and just plain adorable (no I don’t have a big head – it’s the perfect size for my ears!). I have unique coloring - subtle beige, that seems to shimmer in the sunlight. Like I jump into every circumstance, I promise I will jump right into your heart too.

Grogu was adopted abroad and he travelled to his forever home in April 2023.
