Hi there, my name is Felix. I’m a male cat, born on January 5, 2021, and I came to this shelter on May 31, 2023, after being rescued at one of LBS’s collaborative vet clinics.  I was a little scared when I first arrived, but the humans here have been very patient, and I’m starting to feel safe.

I’m healthy, neutered, and fully vaccinated, and all my tests came back negative for FeLV, FIV, FIP, Parvo-Corona, and Giardia. I had a small spot on my belly once, but it healed completely, and I don’t need any ongoing medicine.

​

I’m a very shy and cautious guy. New people make me nervous, and I can be a little defensive if I feel scared. But if you take your time, I’ll trust you—I love gentle pets on my back and behind, head-butts, and purring. I enjoy the company of other cats I know, but I also like being independent and doing my own thing.

I spend my time on high perches, balconies, and cozy cat trees, napping, eating, and sometimes playing with rubber bands. I’m a big foodie, I love everything to eat, and I especially enjoy liquid Churro treats. I’m mostly quiet and like to observe, especially at night when I feel most active.

I would do best in a calm, cat-friendly home with no children, where I can explore safely, take my time to trust you, and share quiet companionship. If you have patience and a soft heart, I promise I’ll bring love, trust, and a little mischief into your life.
