Hi, I’m Rosalina, and I’ve come a long way to be here. I was rescued from a terrible hoarding situation, where about 40 of us cats were kept in small carriers and only saw our owner once a week for food and cleaning. Thankfully, kind rescuers and organizations like Let’s Be Smart stepped in and gave me a chance at a real life — and now I’m dreaming of a forever home of my own.

I used to be very shy, but I’ve learned that people can be kind — and now I’m much more open. If you approach me calmly, I’ll let you pet me, and sometimes I even lean in because, deep down, I enjoy the attention. I still don’t like sudden movements, but if you move gently, we’ll get along great.

I love food (maybe a little too much!) and will happily join you for mealtime. In fact, food is the fastest way to win my heart — sometimes I even give head bumps when there are treats involved. I like quiet spaces, and once I feel safe, I can be the sweetest companion.

I may take a little time to fully trust, but I’m worth it. If you’re patient and understanding, I’ll reward you with affection and love. Are you ready to be my person?
