Duck (04/2026), Male

Hi, I'm Duck. Yes, my name is Duck. I am a cat. I have made my peace with this.

I was found in a bush in the southern suburbs of Athens around April 18th, 2026, by some tourists who I'm sure did not expect to find a kitten there. My sister Dottie was with me. We were very small and very alone, and then we weren't, and now we're here at the sanctaury, which is so much better.

Important thing to know upfront: Dottie and I come together. We are a pair. We sleep next to each other, we play together, we chase each other around the playpen at speeds that probably seem unreasonable for our size. Separating us is not something we are available for. If you want one of us, the answer is: you get both of us, congratulations.

Health-wise I am doing fine — no conditions, no medications, no allergies, nothing wrong with me at all. I eat anything and I have no complaints about food.

My personality is best described as: a lot. I have a great deal of energy. I play from the moment I wake up until I've eaten, at which point I fall asleep immediately and completely. My favourite things to chase are balls, catnip toys, and honestly anything that moves or can be made to move. I chirrup when I'm running around, which

I've been told is very cute. I'll take it.

I don't demand attention from people — I'm pretty self-sufficient as long as Dottie is around — but I enjoy pets when they happen and I purr and show my belly to prove it. I'm friendly with everyone, fine with strangers, and have been around older children without any issues.

I was found in a bush. I would like to live somewhere with more room to run, a good supply of things to chase, and Dottie. That's the whole list.

Dottie (04/2026), Female

Hi, I'm Dottie. I was found in a bush in the southern suburbs of Athens with my brother Duck on April 18th, 2026. Some tourists found us. We were approximately two weeks old. It was not our finest moment but things have improved significantly since then.

Before anything else: Duck and I are a pair. We come together. We sleep together, we play together, we chase each other at speeds that are honestly impressive for our size, and we have absolutely no interest in being separated. If you are only looking for one cat, I would like to gently suggest that you are wrong about that and that two is the correct number.

Medically I am completely fine — no conditions, no health issues, no medications, no allergies, nothing. I eat any food without fuss.

My personality: I am a lot of fun and also a lot of energy. I play constantly until I have eaten, at which point I fall asleep immediately as though someone turned off a switch. I love chasing and chewing things — toys, non-toys, anything that moves or can be persuaded to move. I chirrup while I run, which I've been told is adorable and I agree. I am curious about everything and I explore new places without hesitation.

I don't go out of my way to demand attention from people — I'm self-sufficient as long as Duck is around — but I genuinely enjoy being petted when it happens and I show this with purring and belly-rolling. I'm friendly with everyone I've met, comfortable with strangers, and fine with older children.

I was found in a bush. I would like to live somewhere with space to run, interesting things to investigate, and

Duck beside me when I sleep. That is everything I need.
