Hello! I'm Kifi, and I have SO much to tell you! I'm a bubbly, energetic girl born on February 8th, 2025, and I was found on Kifisou Avenue before arriving at the sanctuary on January 20th, 2026. I know my story before that is a bit of a mystery, but what matters now is that I'm here, I'm healthy, and I'm ready to find someone who'll appreciate my vibrant personality!

Let's talk health first.  I'm already spayed—check! I've had my vaccines and I am microchipped, so I'll always be able to find my way back to you. I have no allergies, no food sensitivities, no health issues, and I don't need any ongoing medication or treatment. I'm a healthy, happy girl ready to go!

 

Now, let me tell you who I REALLY am!

I'm very vocal—like, VERY vocal. I meow to communicate, and I do it often! When I want attention (which is frequently), I'll let you know with my voice. When I want pets (also frequently), I'll tell you! I use my meows to say "Hey! Pay attention to me!" and honestly, it works pretty well. I'm not one of those silent, mysterious cats. I'm an open book, and that book is very chatty!

 

I'm also incredibly energetic and active. Mornings and evenings? That's when I really come alive! I love running around, playing with my toys, and keeping busy. I'm very curious too—I explore new places quickly because I just HAVE to know what's around every corner!

 

What I absolutely LOVE:

Kicker toys! Oh my goodness, kicker toys are the BEST. I also adore anything mouse-shaped. I'll play with these for ages, bunny-kicking them with my back legs and really showing them who's boss. I spend a lot of time running around and meowing for attention (did I mention I'm vocal?), and playing with my kicker toy is one of my favorite activities.

When it comes to pets, I love being touched behind my ears, around my face, and on my neck. Those are my sweet spots! I'll show my appreciation by purring, meowing (of course!), rolling over, and showing you my belly. That's my way of saying "I trust you and I love this!"

Here's the thing—I'm a little shy at first when I meet new people or find myself in new situations. I need a moment to assess what's happening and feel comfortable. But once I warm up? Oh boy, do I warm up! I become this affectionate, bubbly, attention-seeking sweetheart who just wants ALL the love and pets.

​

I love people once I get to know them. I'm quite independent too—I'll let you know when I've had enough attention. I'm good at communicating my boundaries! But most of the time, I'm seeking your attention and asking for more pets, more play, more interaction.

​

Other cats:

Honestly, I haven't been fully introduced to all the other cats yet. I was a little shy around the cats I've met so far, which is pretty typical for me—I need time to warm up! But since I am a sweetheart in general, I'm open to possibilities!

​

I spend most of my time either in my cozy cat bed or perched on top of the litter box (it's a great vantage point, don't judge!). When I sleep, I like cat beds where I can curl up comfortably. But sleep isn't my main activity—playing and seeking attention definitely takes up most of my day!

​

I'm not sensitive to loud noises or sudden movements, there are no areas I dislike being touched, and I don't hide, hiss, or swat when I'm uncomfortable. I'm pretty straightforward about what I like and don't like, and I use my voice to communicate!

​

I prefer wet food (yum!), and I'm not picky about brands or flavors. No favorite treats yet—we're still exploring that! I have no special dietary restrictions or needs, and there aren't any foods I dislike. Just give me good wet food and I'm happy!

 

What I'm looking for:

A home where my voice is appreciated (because I WILL use it!). Someone who understands that I need a little time to warm up but who'll be patient because once I do, I'm all in. A family who loves playtime and has plenty of mouse-shaped toys and kickers for me to attack. People who enjoy giving attention because I seek it frequently—I'm not a "look at me from across the room" kind of cat; I want to be involved! Ollder children who understand cats would probably be best for me.
