Hi! I’m Chino, and I was born right here at the shelter on April 13th, 2025. My mama was supposed to be trapped and sterilized, but surprise! I was already on the way. So, the humans kindly gave her a safe place to have me and my four siblings.

I’m a happy, playful little girl who loves to climb, chase toys, and spend all day wrestling or cuddling with my brothers and sisters. I’m not spayed yet (I’m still a baby!), and I’ve just had my first round of vaccinations. My poop test (ew, I know) came back totally clean—no Giardia!

I do great with other cats, especially my siblings. We’re pretty bonded, but I’d be fine in a home with or without other cats. I’m not shy at all—just need a minute to get used to new people. I don’t run away—I’m usually too busy playing! If you give me a scratch on the head or butt, I’ll be your friend in no time.

​

I love climbing, playing, and exploring every corner of the room. I'm not too loud, but I’m not silent either—I’ll chat if I really need something. I get a little cautious in new places, but that doesn’t last long. I'm curious and I love spending time with my siblings. I’d probably do well with kids too—as long as they know how to treat animals kindly.

​

My favorite thing in the world? Wet food! I’m still eating baby food for now, but I’ve got a good appetite and no allergies or health issues.

Chino was adopted abroad and she travelled to her forever home in September 2025.
