Hi, I'm Chloe

I was living on the streets near Porto Enea when I was trapped during a TNR mission. Instead of being returned to the street, someone decided I deserved a different option. I arrived at the shelter on June 17th, 2026, with my opinions, and I have been here ever since.

I was born in approximately April 2024. I am spayed, vaccinated and negative for everything they tested me for. No conditions, no medications, no restrictions. I eat any food without preference and I have extremely strong feelings about Churu treats. This is important information.

Here is how I work: I observe you first. I will inspect you from a distance and form my own view of whether you are worth engaging with. Once I decide you are, I will rub on you, purr, and give you head butts on my own terms and timeline. I enjoy having people around and I like head scratches. What I do not enjoy is being touched when I have had enough, or being petted in a way I did not ask for — and when this happens I may swipe, sometimes without much warning. I am not aggressive, I am just honest, and my future home should understand the difference.

I am not a lap cat. I am not a player. I spend most of my time on the balcony on whatever flat surface I have decided is mine, napping and being comfortable. I meow occasionally, mostly about treats. I have not bonded with any of the cats here and I find them more irritating than interesting — a solo home is genuinely what I need, and I will be much happier for it.

I am not a cat for everyone. I am a cat for the right person — someone calm, independent themselves, who respects a cat with boundaries and keeps the Churus stocked. If that is you, I think we will get along very well.
