Hi, I'm Chandler! I'm not the first one to run up to you. That's Joey — he's the bold one. I'm the one who watches you for a moment from a safe distance, decides you seem okay, and then comes over and wags at you like I've known you forever. It doesn't take me long. I just like to be sure.

My brother Joey and I were found on a road in Fthiotida in early April 2026. Some of our siblings didn't make it. Our mum ran off and couldn't be caught. It was a hard start, and I won't pretend otherwise. But we got here, to the shelter, on April 6th, and people have been kind ever since.

Health-wise I'm doing well. No conditions, no medications, perfectly healthy puppy eating my kibble and growing every day.

​

My personality is somewhere between playful and peaceful. I love to play — I'll grab a toy and bark softly at you until you engage with me, I'll run and tumble and do all the puppy things — but I also have a calm side that I think will make me a very good couch companion someday. Soft, slow pets make me deeply happy. I lean into hands. I wag. I lick. Once I trust you, I'm all yours.

I should be honest: loud noises and very fast movements can startle me. I'm becoming braver every day but I'm a sensitive boy and a calm environment suits me better than a chaotic one. Children who are gentle with dogs would be fine — children who are loud and grabby, maybe not yet.

​

Joey is my best friend and I'd love to grow up with a companion. But I can also imagine being someone's one and only dog, curled up on their sofa, living a very peaceful life. Both sound good to me.

​

I come with all the puppy things that need training — leash, toilet, chewing, the works. I haven't figured all of that out yet. But I'm smart, I'm motivated by kindness, and I will get there.

​

I came from a roadside with nothing. I'm still figuring out what comes next. I just know I'd like it to involve someone patient, a warm spot to sleep, and maybe Joey nearby if possible.
