It gives me great pleasure to thank everyone for their participation in the Tails for Tennis Animal Charity Benefit. It was overwhelmingly successful. There is nothing more satisfying than to see happy children interacting with the animals and enjoying the various activities, all while also carrying on with a competitive tennis tournament. Our sponsors and service providers were very generous with their offerings and our Tails for Tennis team was fabulous with all the organization it took to put the event together. It was also an honor to have Eleni Daniilidou and Alex Jacupovic make their guest appearances for our event and to know they have pets and wanted to help support animals in Greece while sharing their tennis tips with the children!

The all day charity event "TAILS FOR TENNIS" Junior Open took place on 25th October 2015 in Vouliagmeni Tennis Club. The aim of the event was to bring children and animals together and to promote animal well being in Greece. TAILS FOR TENNIS was organized by Let's be S.M.A.R.T. and Fazoo Greece, the non-governmental organizations promoting animal rights in Greece and helping stray animals.
There were two very special guests attending the event - Greek professional tennis players Eleni Daniilidou and Alex Jakupovic, who came to support the event. The event consisted of tennis tournament for children in 3 categories and a rich accompanying program - from face painting, animal training shows, marathon games to music all day long. There were animals for adoption and short educational lectures about animal psychology and healing techniques for animals.
TAILS FOR TENNIS event was a big success, also thanks to great and generous support of numerous sponsors, ranging from well known companies international to small companies or professionals, who kindly offered their support in form of financial contributions, gifts for raffles or their services.
The event brought together kids, adults and animals in a warm and wonderful atmosphere, and helped to promote love and care for animals, as well as to create sense of community and to keep alive the game spirit.
The organizers received amazing feedback from the participants and visitors and they are planning to organize another tennis charity event in 2017.
